					<description>Thanks for the nice write up that's easy to understand for the beginner. On a somewhat related topic, I've heard in the past that the .22 cartridge causes more deaths than any other caliber. Now, I have no idea if this is true, but the logic is that the smaller entrance wound is not taken seriously and immediate medical treatment is not sought.  Internal bleeding does the rest. Now, the truthfulness of this assertion aside, it does not imply that the .22 has great stopping power. On the contrary, it is weak enough to allow an attacker chance to retreat and ignore/succumb to his wounds.  -Drew</description>
